2. Stahara - Using your Abdominal Muscles to brace against and gain more power
3. Max vs. Min - Using your strengths against the opponents weakness.
4. Momentum - Using your opponents movements against them.
5. Major and Minor Operations - Getting holds and applying pressure
6. Leverage - Where and how to hold for best throwing effects
Falling Part 2
teaches the basics on how to fall flat, and beating.
Throwing Part 3
Demonstrates several techniques, using the Basic principals described earlier and the falling lesson, including the Hip Throw, Shoulder Throw, Leg Hock.
Follow Through Part 4
Demonstrates the "Judo blow" Striking technique. with which parts of the hand and body to strike.
Defense against body holds Part 5
demonstrations of kicks to thighs and groin to stop advancing attackers. Also strikes to break free when held from the front, both over and under the arms, and when being held from behind, both over and under the arms.
Defense against choke holds Part 6
techinques for escaping from front choke holds including the windmill, elbow smash, the wedge, and the wrist takedown. Escaping from a rear choke hold with the reverse windmill. Demonstrates the "bent arm choke" a hold that is impossible to escape from, if applied correctly.
Taking prisoners Part 7
shows techiniques for taking and keeping prisoners with "pain holds" including the finger come-along, the wrist come-along and the hammerlock come-along.

explains methods of escaping from full nelson, side headlock, front headlock, hammerlock,
Defense against knife or club Part 9
Demonstrates blocks to be used against overhand attacks and underhand thrust attacks inside and outside forearm blocks, armlock, bent arm choke, leg hock, shoulder throw,and others
Offensive use of the Police Riot Club Part 10
shows how to use the club more effectively as an extension of your own arm for jabs, and for glancing blows. How to use the club in come alongs,and chokes.
