Intro to C-130

Called Hercules, this aircraft is the workhorse of the USAF. Follows the life of the 130 from creation, with specifications for the many models produced. Includes footage of the unique ability of the Herc to taxi backwards, and lock the ramp in any helpful position. Noted are some of the cargo configurations, including 74 litter patients. the 130 can operate in many climates, including the heat of Africa, and over the ice pack in Greenland, and the south pole, and off Carriers without benefit of arresting hook or the launching catapult.
